Smokerolla Wholesale Shipping Information & Policies

Due to the overwhelming demand for our products, we pledge to do our best to keep them in stock as BEST WE CAN and ship them out to you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

To that end, we ask that you agree to the following shipping terms and policies BEFORE placing any orders with us and understand that your order constitutes your full agreement to the following items:

DISCREET PACKAGING & SHIPPING LABEL

- We understand that not everyone lives in Los Angeles, California. For those reasons Smokerolla ships all orders in plain packaging & with a generic looking label. We use plain brown boxes (we do recycle to save waste, so sometimes they aren't new), and or ship in plain cartons or USPS approved boxes. 

- Smokerolla does Not sell products to anyone under the age of 21 (18 where applicable). For this reason we may make your package require an adult signature. If you are trying to use a stolen credit card, and or are under age, please don't. This does not mean every package will be signature required. In most cases they won't.

- Smokerolla does Not guarantee a delivery date on any order. Typically we get orders out fast, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen. For this reason we do Not guarantee any ship dates, or delivery dates.

TIMELINES (How fast do you ship?)

We typically ship orders out within 2-3 business days, however, unforeseen circumstances can (and do), happen, so for these reasons we cannot and Do Not guarantee a ship date. Holidays, weekends, etc. can slow ship time. We ship orders weekdays, Monday through Friday.

- If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped within 2-4 business days you will be notified and shown some alternative options that may or may not work for you.

SHIPPING LOCATION INFORMATION

- Our warehouse is located in Downtown, Los Angeles. We ship orders daily.

- To get your order to your location, we require a physical street address for all UPS, Fedex, and USPS parcels. WE CANNOT SHIP PRODUCTS TO A P.O. BOX.

- Please make sure that all the shipping information is correct. If the address is inaccurate or the package is undeliverable and thus returned to the Smokerolla homebase, a $10.00 fee per box may be applied to your credit card.

- If you would like the package to be re-sent, there may also be an additional fee plus shipping costs depending on our discretion.

SHIPPING COSTS

At this time, Smokerolla offers standard shipping costs to its wholesale customers via UPS, Fedex, and USPS. You'll be able to choose a few options of estimated delivery dates, but please realize these timelines only start once we secure stock on the item and are ready to ship. 

TRACKING

- Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via the email you provided to us in the checkout process.

- In order to make any necessary returns or refunds go as smooth as possible, we request that you please SAVE YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING INFORMATION for reference.

LOCAL LAWS

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING BY THEIR LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THEIR LOCATIONS

Smokerolla shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to or from your violations of local laws.
